Return & Exchange Policy
At Manina Swimwear, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a store credit returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
Domestic Shipping Returns:
• We currently offer returns and exchanges for domestic orders only.
• Customers will receive instructions on where to ship the item once the return/exchange request is approved.
Exchanges:
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at info@maninaswim.ae with your order number and request.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If the item you want is unavailable, we will process your request as a return.
Returns:
• If you would like a refund, please contact us at info@maninaswim.ae with your order number.
• Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are 22 AED.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, and returned in original Manina Swimwear bag.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear without the hygiene sticker or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
• We recommend trying in your swimwear with underwear on.
• Please ensure you are not wearing makeup or deodorant whilst trying our pieces on that can mark our clothing. This will result in your return being rejected.
• We have the right to refuse any returns that come back to us not following our guidelines.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@maninaswim.ae with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We will confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
